Dalam masa sebulan ini, aku amat berharap dapat mencatitkan semua menu makanan yang aku ambil seharian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari ini dimulakan dengan aktiviti berpuasa sunat (ganti puasa Ramadhan lepas yang cuma sehari tapi tak terganti-ganti! HoMeSwEeTHoMe ::</title><content type='html'>i went to hometown at 12.30 pm wif my junior housemate, Quka. i gave my dad my Nokia 2300 since his phone was taken by Epin (my 2nd Bro study at UTM, Skudai) which his phone broke already and waiting for phone from Azmie (online buddy).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;phew, mum mum cooked as usual my favourite chicken 'ungkep' (it means we cover the pan with something like 'penutup' while cooking until 'masak' laaa..).its just 'egg chicken' (sorry yah.. i got prob to translate things English to Malay.. my bad! :D ) so its taste like 'ayam kampung' &lt;em&gt;dowh.. liat jugak lar walaupon dah rebus dekat 2 jam..&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;White Rice&lt;br /&gt;Chicken Ungkep&lt;br /&gt;Oren Sunquick Ice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i bring the whole 'kuali'  to Malacca as mum said nobody would eat that later. reheat the food, and bring to Kak Mas house at Melawis. there, i ate with Ummi, Kak Mas and Kak Hasnie. saved for Fakiha too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinner&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;White Rice&lt;br /&gt;Chicken Ungkep&lt;br /&gt;Hot Tea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kinda a full tonite. aiyak.. forgot to eat my medecine again.. huhuhuhuh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ps: thanx whiterabbit.. please advice me more next time!&lt;br /&gt;pss: Mr Prakas too.. thanx for ur concern and advice! :D&lt;br /&gt;psss: thanx all my fren.. BTW, we bought some food and gone to visit my other youngest brother, Lan. there, together wif my cousin, Raihan, we had our breakfast..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Breakfast&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fried rice&lt;br /&gt;Chicken Rendang&lt;br /&gt;Lychee (Yeos)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then i send my bro to MC. he gave me his 3250 Nokia ( he cant bring expansive phone to camp.. naya jer kalau hilang.. hehehe) he forgot to give me the earphone, its okay cause got laudspeaker. i 'm not goin to use it as my main phone, just put my 2nd DiGi inside. deleted some of my bro msgs, almost 500.. phew! Sanath Tips ::</title><content type='html'>go class 12 - 2 pm. my last class for Resource Management Technique. phew!! jemput Aini at Melaka Sentral and went to Jusco for lunch:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch Menu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi putih&lt;br /&gt;Ikan sambal&lt;br /&gt;Sayur kobis goreng&lt;br /&gt;Air mineral&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kul 9 malam, pergi Melaka Sentral ti pick up Aini's boyfren. Aini pon tak tau kitaorg gi MC sebab nak amik Sanath (also known as my adik angkat..) and kene cubit dengan Aini. sakit dowh! we went to Nasi Ayam Special Restaurant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinner Menu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi Ayam&lt;br /&gt;Rojak (cilok Sanath punyer.. heheh)&lt;br /&gt;Air Tembikai Laici (with ice, small quantity..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kenyang giler.. opsss! dah berapa minggu tak makan nasi ayam ne .. heheheh.. untuk supper pulak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Supper Menu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mempelam (Aini bagi.. hehehe)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;petang tadi, try to excercise with the CD. goshh.. takleh nak buat pergerakan jauh. padahal CD nee dance workout. bilik aku nee sempit sikit nak buat bende2 macam nee. kene cari idea baru cemana nak buat.. hurmp...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;also, Sanath give some tips on how to do the right diet program. dia pernah turunkan berat badan sebanyak 20kg dalam masa setahun lebey. antara tips2 dia&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;dont cut ur meal. Ummi take a bus to KL and i shopped at Mydin. buy a low fat milk, and bezkut. balik dari Mydin, kak Mas ajak gi makan . pick Sepol at hostel, then kak Mas, send Fakeha back and gone for Jusco. ramai giler orang, kene parking atas. perut memang dah lapar giler, terus tuju food court:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch Menu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Nasi putih&lt;br /&gt;Ayam goreng&lt;br /&gt;Sambal belacan&lt;br /&gt;Teh O Ais &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;aduh... kenapa aku takleh nak tinggal ais ne.. huhuhuhuhuh! sempat sambung shopping, aku beli cd "Dance Workout With Helen". aku dah tgk cd tue (tengok jer??!) heheh boleh tahan la.. biler nak start follow instruction? also, buy a unit of jump rope (tali skipping daaa..). hampir2 nak beli excercise mate tadi... mahal ler pulak, duit tak cukup. beli cd pon dah terpinjam Sepol rm10.. hehehheeh.. sakan beli barang2 ne, hopefully aku manfaatkan sepenuhnyer.. (how come ahh? yesterday i ate 2 &lt;em&gt;keping&lt;/em&gt; of &lt;em&gt;roti canai&lt;/em&gt; a bit late..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my brothers and my cousin is on da way to Melaka. they plan to go to Mahkota Parade and wanna play bowling. with my situation now, i dunno if i can resist. so, whut i do is use old &lt;em&gt;petua&lt;/em&gt;. mix some &lt;em&gt;beras&lt;/em&gt; with water, stir and drink it. i hope it helps. i really hope...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;___________________________&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;its working! alhamdulillah.. Masdura dtg Melaka, ajak aku breakfast. brekpes kebendenya masa dia amik aku dah kul 11 pagi! huh.. aku ajak dia makan kat Impiana, sudahnyer aku jugak yang amik menu sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch Menu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;nasi putih&lt;br /&gt;ikan keli sambal&lt;br /&gt;sayur pucuk ubi&lt;br /&gt;masak lemak&lt;br /&gt;teh o ais&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;pastue, kul 2m aku sambung tido sampai kul 4. kelas resource pon tak  gi. teruk betul!
